Cost for services are based on a sliding-fee scale depending on the size and need of your agency and range from $11/hour up to $45/hour. All consultations and reviews are provided at no cost to your agency and all requests for Pro-Bono work will be considered. • Build support for grant proposals and grant funding both within and outside the organization. Acquire appropriate evidence of support for grant applications.
• Lead grant writing activities, evaluation, procedures, monitor grantee compliance and assure the proper distribution of approved grants.

• Assure that essential grants policies and regulations of funders and grant polices are understood by the agency grant teams and grant seeking partners.
• Complete background activities and then design and develop thorough, accurate and professional grant proposals including:

• Conduct a formal needs assessment and prepare and effective statement of need for a project.
• Develop an appropriate project design and delineate appropriate project methods.
• Develop and present an effective staffing plan for the project with the guidance of staff input.
• Develop and effectively present appropriate project implementation plans and timetables.
• Develop and present appropriate program/project evaluation methods.
• Develop and present appropriate disseminate and utilization approaches for the project.
• Effectively present the facilities and equipment required for the grant project.
• Effectively present the qualifications of the agency and the project team.
• Develop and present an appropriate project budget.
• Facilitate the work of organizational grants task force that can assist with development of grant proposals for the organization.

• Perform grant management of all successful grant proposals

- Design and develop study documents such as report forms, implementation instructions, electronic edits, paper flow and data validation plans.
- Proactively conduct on-going data review throughout the agency to ensure timely and appropriate identification of errors and discrepancies (using comprehensive data review techniques).
- Perform as team lead for the execution of on-going research-based data collection and program evaluation as related to funding resources, on-going data collection as part of an integrated process and
- Develop evaluation report forms, edit checks, data entry guidelines, coding guidelines, and data review guidelines to ensure compliance with data management standards and protocol.

• Provide budget projection, line item comparison, write and provide adherence reports.

• Compile company information detailing the mission or goals specific to carrying out the funding sources main objectives.
