and community based agencies to hire the experience and

goals of your agency at an affordable price. Using a
consultant will build your existing staff capabilities and
eliminates the need to hire a full-time position. Many
agencies can not afford a full-time development professional
on the payroll. JCS professionals is a temporary (or
sometimes long-term) solution for agency needs.
2. How much will this cost?
JCS Professionals has a very aggressive fee schedule
designed to accommodate both small and large companies.
Because we contract with multiple agencies, we don’t have
the need to charge for full-time prices. The bottom line is,
we believe in supporting the success of the services your
agency provides. Services range from $11/hour up to $45/hour
depending on your needs.
3. What choose JCS?
JCS has worked diligently and strategically to build a
practice that allows non-profits to get the most out of our
services for best possible cost. We have more than $30
million if fundraising successes and more than 10 years of
experience. The staff stays abreast of the most up to date
trends in fundraising and addressing challenges head on. Our

4. How will JCS work with the Board of Director,
community and Stakeholders?
JCS is passionate about the work that we provide, we will
work directly or in-directly with your board of directors,
community members and stakeholders (such as your funders) to
build your agency into the position you need it to be.
5. What if we aren’t satisfied?
Simply put, if you are not satisfied with the results, you
don’t pay. We stand by our work 100% and have never
disappointed. If for some reason you feel your needs were
not met or that JCS can not meet your expectations, you are
not obligated for anything.
6. Will we get any materials or products?
JCS develops materials such as funding assessments,
fundraising plans, development plans, campaign materials and
agency policy. These materials belong to the agency with all
rights to reproduce.
7. Will there be a contract involved?
Yes. JCS Professionals requires a contract for all companies
engaging in services. Contracts are tailored to your agency.
In some cases, a one year contract is completed and in
others a month-to-month contract is better suited. All
contracts for services describe in perfect detail the scope
of work to be performed, the timeline to complete the work
and the rate of pay for the job. All fee’s are negotiable
and tailored to your agency. Payment schedules are also
developed to meet your specific needs.
